• Cancellation requests will be accepted only on the same day of purchasing a membership plan.
• After this period, cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. How to Cancel

• To request a cancellation, the member must contact our Admin/Support team directly through the official communication channels provided on our website (Contact Us page).
• The request must clearly include the registered email ID, mobile number, and payment details for verification.

3. Refunds

• If the cancellation request is approved within the same day, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 1-2 working days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Membership fees are non-refundable once services (such as profile viewing, messaging, or other premium features) have been used, even if it falls within the same day.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the allowed cancellation window.
